We need a chef that cooks fresh everyday with organic fresh fish, chicken and vegetables. Breakfast , sometimes lunch sometimes dinner.
Farm to table. Food we like is Gramercy tavern most of our chefs have come from this restaurant. I am looking for someone to start immediately. Working in Sagaponack until August 20 th. If it works out we need a chef full time in the city Monday through Friday.
We are 4 in the family occasionally we have guest once a week.
