QUOTE REQUESTED: I need a chef to come to our Gatlinburg, TN VRBO and cook breakfast/brunch for 30 people for our corporate retreat.
*dates: April 10th: breakfast served between 10-11a.
*head count: 30
*kitchen: fully stocked with pans/knifes/silverware
*breakfast/brunch food menu ideas: crab cake benedict, lemon blueberry and/or lemon ricotta pancakes , french toast.
*dietary restrictions: we do have a few that are gluten-free so we would need to have options for them.
*quote needed: total cost including service, food, travel, etc. proposed menu or menu options.
