I was looking for a weeks worth of lunch and dinner meals for a newly postpartum mom very healthy and nutritional I do have some food intolerances I can’t have onions tomato dairy and a lot vegetables also eggs to many to name hopefully that doesn’t make it hard some meals I was looking for was lemon chicken teriyaki chicken wraps I love proteins things if that sort maybe some sides Mac and cheese roasted potatoes edamame rice a more plain pasta things of that sort I knoww it probably sounds a little crazy my palette is vey plain which is a pain the the butt 😊
