Sushi on the Fly is a new sushi restaurant serving fresh sushi and Asian fusion dishes with 2 full liquor bars opening in Concourse C of the Ted Stevens International Airport. Currently the only restaurant with sushi available in the airport. We are hiring BOH employees (cooks/dishwashers/prep aid). Part and full time positions are available. The restaurant is scheduled to open middle-late June. The badging process to gain airport access normally takes a few weeks. We would prefer those with at least 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry but willing to train the right individuals with a strong work ethic.
