Olar Noso is a Mediterranean restaurant located just outside of New York City in Bergen County New Jersey owned and operated by brothers Marcus and Matthew Dominguez. While already incredibly successful, we are always looking to elevate our game! We are looking for a proven chef with experience with Mediterranean, Spanish, and Italian cuisine to join a strong team of cooks. Our goal is to further develop our cuisine with unmatched creativity, masterful execution, and beautiful presentation. We pride ourselves in purveying the finest quality core ingredients as well as Spanish and Italian specialty ingredients, direct from farm produce, and direct from market seafood. We are looking for someone who mirrors our passion and exemplifies professionalism with the skill to match it!
