My boss has a home in Miami that he visits a few times a year, typically 1-7 days per trip.
We're looking for a chef that can provide three solid meals a day, typically for two people. Every once in a while he will have a dinner gathering of maybe 6-8 people but we would know in advance. He's generally a healthy eater (low fat, low carb), but fortunately not very picky. I'm looking for a long term, consistent go-to chef that we can call up every time he is in Miami.
