Perfect role for an educated and experienced Sous that looking for their 1st head chef role. The restaurant will accommodate approximately 300 people and serve a full menu. The focus will be Seafood, steaks, and local Maryland favorites including steamed blue crabs. Duties will include managing kitchen staff.
