I am looking to make a large batch of refined yet elegant ghee-based cookies in my home. I need help for everything from the planning and ideas phase (I am leaning towards gingersnaps but I am open to suggestions / refinements / improvements) to, of course, the actual baking and creating of the pastries themselves!
