My wife and I are looking for someone to prepare our basic fitness plan meals. We both eat the same foods, just different portions. We will provide food/ingredients.
We would like our meals fresh so maybe twice a week.
Our meals are as follow:
Breakfast: egg whites, turkey bacon, & protein pancakes
For lunch/dinner: white rice, vegetables and salmon/steak/beef/shrimp and vegetables
