Chef Job in Alliston, Ontario

Our current cook/mother’s helper is moving away and we are looking for a reliable, friendly, self-motivated experienced person to replace her. We are seeking a person with one day a week free to come into our private home to do the cooking of a variety of meals that will be stored in the fridge for that week. Our home has a dog and a young child, so candidates will need to be comfortable with both dogs and children. We are hiring for a personal cook to prepare meals for two families. Approximately 7 to 8 hours one day a week and includes cleaning dishes/kitchen workspace in order to start the day, prep and cooking of food, detailed cleaning of the kitchen after cooking. Menus are already determined and groceries are here in advance. Pay is cash weekly. Given that we are looking for someone to cook recipes in an average home, wage is hourly at $12 to start, amount to go up with time and performance.
