I seek a relationship with gourmet chefs to provide high quality dinners of top quality food. I have a three season gazebo (being built) in a beautiful Chinese garden surrounded by fields. I imagine we could have two or three sittings at about 16 per sitting.
The menu would be fixed and served at sittings of say 17 h, 20 h and 23 h, likely on Friday and Saturday. The restaurant will feature the Chef on the month, rather than the restaurant's name, and we will know the booking beforehand. Also we should extract a non-refundable deposit.
I do not have a commercial kitchen. I have a barn kitchen and my home kitchen.
This is my idea, and I would like to discuss options and I am open and flexible
