Primary Responsibilities: Ability to participate in collaboration with RC staff to create and prepare menu based on the family's preferences Ability to follow special dietary needs, likes and dislikes Knowledge of etiquette and proper table service Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy Ability to maintain high levels of sanitation and food safety Ability to work well under pressure Ability to use all senses to ensure quality of food Ability to plan and develop menus and recipes Applicant Requirements: Flexibility is key Must have high-level experience, 5 years in the field Must be able to clearly communicate in English, written and verbal Able to work legally in the United States Able to pass background check Food Handlers Certified Negative TB test results within the past 4 years Driver's license Able to work well in a team environment and have a very positive attitude Must be disciplined and organized, comfortable with the Internet and have your own cell phone. Must have access to a car to travel to the scheduled sites.
