Chef Job in Aurora, Ontario

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Family Chef for a nutrition-focused household in Aurora, Ontario. This is a full-time position with flexible hours and a unique schedule. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to occasionally travel with the family to Muskoka and Florida. As such, North American Travel is required (accommodation provided). Outline of the Job: The Private Family Chef will be responsible for nutrition-focused meal preparation for a family in Aurora, Ontario. The role includes creating healthy menus, grocery shopping, and accommodating dietary preferences. This role provides flexible hours and occasional travel to Muskoka and Florida with the family. The family is two principals with three adult children that join for family dinners and holidays. Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of culinary experience (preferred) Minimum 5 years of cooking experience (preferred) Nutrition-focused culinary background Culinary certificate/diploma is preferred but not a pre-requisite First Aid & CPR certification Must have current legal working status for Canada Ability to travel occasionally to Muskoka and Florida with the family Must provide references Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Prepare nutrition-focused meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 5 days per week is the intended schedule but will continually change as the family dines out frequently and travels.
