The ideal Chef will have a Michelin Start certification with the ability to cook other cuisines, not just Japanese. Your roster will consist of a 2 months on, 2 months off rotation – with flights, private accommodation and all meals provided. While you are traveling with the client, fly in style on their private jet and maintain the utmost professionalism as you network with many high-profile individuals. Most mealtimes will be relaxed as it is a family home, except when entertaining other guests. Job Responsibilities: • Provide meals for the client, family and acquaintances • Cook mostly Japanese and occasionally a range of dishes to suit the clients • Cater to children and adults alike • Maintain professionalism as you interact with high profile individuals Skills and Experience Requirements: • At least 1 Michelin Star • Ability to be away from home for 6 months of the year • Comfortable with remote living while on site • Be available for a 4-7 day trial Ever wondered what it would be like to be a private chef to an esteemed individual and their family?
