I am a well-rounded Gourmet Chef with impeccable taste and class with over 20 years of private chef experience. Extremely hardworking, ethical, creative and ambitious, I have ample experience with menu planning and development, the purchasing of the finest and freshest foods, budgets, supervision and policies and procedures. Although I am a “team player,” I take the role of leader very seriously and maintain a very orderly and sanitary kitchen. Preparing great food is my passion, and I do it everyday with extreme dedication and love of my craft. My only other passions are my wife, my son and my 2 dogs…in a nut shell, my family!!
