We are looking for an assistant chef for our Restaurants in New York. You are going to be in charge of 1 location and lead the kitchen in to a specialized Korean cuisine kitchen, We are modern, dynamic and fun to work for. You do not have to be Korean but you need to be able to own Korean cuisine.
Your Priorities:
Lead the kitchen staff
Create and build menu's
Maintain quality of food and preparation (Lead)
Run the kitchen by yourself.
Take responsibility of ingredients
Work with the executive chef
Maintain a clean and healthy work environment
Hire new cooks
