Chef Job in Glacier View, Alaska

The Dinner Chef position is an afternoon/evening position that is 40-50 hours per week. This position requires many important roles. The ability to make good quality food consistently, even in a busy kitchen is key. The ideal candidate would be able to multitask, work under pressure and communicate well in a fast moving environment. Time management, attention to detail, organization and kitchen sanitation are important skills to succeed in this position. Although our kitchen and dining area seem small, it is high volume. We are known for our food and typically have a waiting list. Most importantly our ideal candidate is a team player with high quality food standards whom believes in high customer service/satisfaction while maintaining a positive can-do attitude. Dinner Chef position is guaranteed a single room in the staff house. Requirements: Three years commercial kitchen experience Food workers card/ServSafe Certification
