Chef Job in Los Angeles, California

We are looking for a talented, inventive, and social media savvy Chef to write our initial menu. Our aim, as a restaurant, is to change the perception that tacos are unhealthy, by creating a menu that uses lean proteins, fresh fish, beans, grains, fruits and vegetables. Our ingredients will be hormone-free, free-range, organic and locally sourced where possible. And while the focus is on tacos, we will also serve fresh salads, grain and rice bowls and soups. The menu will not be huge. Items will be flavorful, nutritious and of course, delicious. With some surprises, like Lobster tacos al carbon, smoked haddock tacos, a Filet Mignon taco and Bison with a coffee rub and also extraordinary vegetarian tacos that even meat eaters will love!
