TALENTED SOUS CHEF
in Koreatown location (Wilshire). Eligible candidates must have a Asian cuisine background as well as be part of a team that works together throughout the restaurant. We are full-service, Asian-American food concept. This is your opportunity to be a part of our Culinary team, starting this January.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following tasks and responsibilities are under direct supervision of the Executive Chef:
-Work directly with and for the Executive Chef to review assignments, anticipated business level, changes and other information pertinent to the jobs performance.
-Work with minimal supervision assist with employee training, station shift duties and menu development
-Help train, develop, motivate staff
-Work cohesively with co-workers as a part of a team
-Must be able to assess and solve employee and / or departmental situations.
-Work all stations on line
-Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
-Be able to prioritize and organize
-Have a comprehensive knowledge of all unit menu information
-3-5 years of culinary experience in either a sous chef or lead cook role
