Busy downtown Charleston restaurant looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef. Ideal candidate is hard working, consistent, creative and a positive leader. A working knowledge of cost control, ordering procedures, hiring, scheduling, training and DHEC standards are a must!
Salary and commensurate with skills and experience-can easily be above $40,000/year for the right candidate.
