Chef Job in San Jose, California

We're looking for an experienced sous chef for a new and exciting "first of its kind" bar/lounge/restaurant concept. Located in Downtown San Jose, the concept is a video game lounge & bar. Guests will play video games, drink craft cocktails, and eat gourmet food. We're looking for a leader in the kitchen, who will take charge of the recipes and the cooks and make sure every plate that goes out meets expectations. Requirements: -5-10 years working in the restaurant industry -Experience ordering for a mid-to-large sized restaurant -Experience assisting or running a kitchen The menu is currently being developed to meet the needs and wants of the target demographic expected to visit the establishment. However, creative minds that have ideas for additional menu items will have the ability to showcase between 3-6 items to fill in the remaining slots that will be available.
