Responsibilities: • Make sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards. • Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods. • Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions. • Work productively with minimal supervision. • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. • Clean kitchen and work areas. • Deliver an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications: • Applicants should have extensive knowledge about Sushi dishes. • Minimum 6 months experience. • Ability to create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, cutting, & packaging. • Capability to determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food display.
