Chef Job in Los Angeles, California

We are currently seeking to hire a full time chef 7 days a week, hours would be 10am to roughly 10 pm. 2 of us live in the house full time, a 3rd will be joining soon. We often have guests so most days we can assume 6-8 for various meals. The chef would have off when we travel, which is roughly 100-180 days per year. We eat just about every cuisines. I don’t eat fish, but everyone else does. Ideally we would be sourcing ingredients from premium suppliers like farmers markets, Erewhon, and Whole Foods. My partner is not a vegetarian but he often says that if he was eating out and the menu had meat has an entree or something vegetarian he would gravitate towards the vegetarian options. Currently we do eat quite a bit of meat and would like to reduce this. Chef would be responsible for keeping 5 refrigerators stocked with drinks. There are also special events held at the household, chef would be in charge of planning and hiring help when needed. Our daily routine is usually: 10am - 2 pm breakfast/lunch often smoothies, eggs, fruits kind of things. Mostly this is as requested vs. a set meal. Dinner anywhere from 7-10pm with a nice salad, entree, and on occasion a dessert. We prefer the chef to curate the menu unless we ask for something specific. On occasion we have a guest that keeps a kosher diet so having kosher meats on hand is important
