Chef Job in Brooklyn, New York

I'm trying to find something kind of special ... it's my boyfriend's 27th birthday - he recently became vegan. He has been eating meat his whole life - and is committed to not eating any kind of dairy or animal product because of his beliefs around environmentalism and meat production overall. One of his FAVORITE, most indulgent meals was from .. McDonald's. I wonder if it'd be possible to try and replicate a vegan version of: McDonald's McDouble McDonadl's Chicken Selects Fries Barbeque sauce I know it's most likely not going to taste the same ... but i'm wondering how close we could get.
