We are flexible with days and hours, but ideal would be at least 3 times a week, 5hrs per day. Preparing lunch and dinners for the family, and prepping some breakfast like overnight oats for the next day. Also making foods that are toddler friendly and comfortable blending foods for baby that is due in June. For example: blending steamed sweet potato and carrots together.
