We are inspired by our travels through Europe and Middle East, and hope to create new revolutionary products. As the product development lead, you will conceptualize and create test recipes, samples and arrange tastings for various dessert products - they could be mousses, cheese cake varieties, waffle, crepe, yogurt, cream or custard based sweets, sauces, or other possibilities as contenders for production. This is NOT a restaurant position. Knowledge of retail product development is key. This is a contract position, part time, with negotiable pay and bonuses. You need to be innovative and creative. Reliability and the ability to follow a step by step and organized development process is important.
