Chef Job in Burk's Falls, Ontario

Chef would be responsible to advise on kitchen layouts, menus and the day to day running of 2 restaurants to begin, with a good possibility of more in the future. We are a film studio and properties group developing in the resort area near where our studios and backlots are being built for locals, cottagers and film makers alike. Our goal is to provide a fun memorable dining experience for families with a focus on locally sourced products and delicious homemade food with innovative upscale twists on favourites. We are building a brand between the studio and restaurants along the lines of a Canadian Disney world. One of the restauants is in an existing cafe/bakery and the other is being linked together on the same property. In the initial days we will also provide catering for the businesses in town until the studio commissary is built and opened. We are looking for a creative individual who wants to build something special with us!
