Chef Job in West Milford, New Jersey

We are looking for a team member who will work alongside our excellent, motivated and super fun staff to create an empowering summer of a lifetime for a group of Jewish girls. Our chef will make two vegetarian meals a day Sunday-Thursday and then one vegetarian and one meat meal per day Friday & Saturday. Chef MUST be familiar with laws of Kosher. Chef can either cook on site (we can provide housing childcare for the right person) or can cook in a different kosher kitchen and transport. Chef will also supervise other staff in maintaining a clean kitchen, some prep work, and ordering. Meals are serve buffet style and need to be ready to rock at 12:15pm and 5:45pm, but chef could prepare food and have it in the refrigerator at any time - so schedule can be flexible to your timing and needs.
