Title(s): Chef(s), Line Cook(s), Prep Cook(s), Restaurant Helper(s) Description: - Maintain food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils - Manage sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas - Cook as per instructions from patron and adhere to customer order specifications - Ensure prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements - Wash, stock and restock workstations and display areas - Order and take supplies delivery - Serve orders to customers at windows, counters and tables - Able to handle order counter when needed to take drink and food orders and receive customer payment - Cook food of consistent quality with recipe cards and production and portion standards - Work well under pressure and within the time limit - Wow our guests with amazing dishes Job Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Culinary school 2-4 years degree or foreign equivalent preferred - Prior experience in the food and beverage industry specially In Indian cuisine & fast food restaurants - Must have necessary Food Handler Certification - Able to handle work in fast-paced environment and adapt to change - Must have proof of COVID vaccination
