Hello, we are a family of 3 that are looking for help with meal prepping. It can be done at any time at your convenience or even from your own home. Mainly cooking meats and home made stock etc. We are coming from being vegetarian and need support cooking raw food while we adjust.
We are looking for enough proteins for at least 7 meals a week. Some freezer meals and home cooking not too fancy, kid approved. I also need help with sourcing local and pickup. (Flexible)
