Busy off premise caterer has several part-time and full-time Chef, Sous Chef and Cook positions available to join our growing sports catering and special events division. We run a 7 day/ week operation from February-September. Candidates must be able to work a flexible work schedule and travel up to 25of the time for events at venues and stadiums throughout Florida. We are looking for passionate culinary professionals who love to prepare from scratch, high quality meals to consistently exceed our clients' expectations. Culinary / Cooking School Graduates preferred; Current Serv-Safe Professional Food Manager Certificate Required Menu & Recipe planning and development Product Sourcing, purchasing and inventory management Lead, Manage, Coach & Mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards and continually raise the talent and capability level of the kitchen production team Organize, lead or participate in client tastings and other sales and marketing activities in order to grow the business Meet with clients / potential clients as needed
