New World Home Cooking Co seeks passionate cooks to work pm service. Positons for saute, grill, hot appetizers station and gardemanger.
We cook exciting global bistro cuisine featuring many region, sustainable and local ingredients is our kitchen.
The perfect candidates will have three quailties:
Energy: Full time at New World consists of 4 10 hour shifts a week, with a fifth shift with overtime available
Knowledge: We expect you to have a reasonably good culinary vocabulary. You'll be asked to brunoise, sous vide, emulsify and caramelize among other tasts.
Passion: You must care about whjat you make and what you serve. If you don't. don't bother
