I am restarting Dr. Gundry' Diet Evolution program. The recipes are not difficult or complicated. I require someone who has read the book and understands the program. I am looking for a chef to prepare my meals so that I can be consistent with the eating plan and more easily reach my weight loss and lifestyle goals in an affordable manner.
