**JOB SUMMARY** To ensure excellent guest service in a timely manner, consistent quality products, and a fun dining experience. Responsible for sanitary food handling and preparing menu items, clean up of prep area, or any other duties needed or assigned. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** •Develops, maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members. •Responsible for following kitchen cleaning list of all equipment and food prep and storage areas on a daily basis. •Ensure food is to hot and held at the proper temperatures before leaving the kitchen. •Prepares food products according to standard recipes and specifications and demonstrates positive responses to training by chefs. •Demonstrates competent product knowledge by correcting, storing, and handling of all perishables. **QUALIFICATIONS** •Excellent customer service skills. •High school graduate or equivalent. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
