All applicants must have reliable transportation Junior Sous Chef We are in need of a chef who is has a solid background in cooking and working in a variety of restaurants, hotels and catering. Must be passionate about food quality, presentation, consistency and that it great taste. Preferred candidate will be able to follow directions, work unsupervised, think on their feet, help with ordering, have the ability to run events and lead a team to have a successful event. Ideal candidate will be able to bring new ideas to the table and new menu items that we can present to our clients. Be able to work long hours as needed and not be afraid to get their hands dirty. You must be able to deal with situations that come up and solve them in a logical way so as not to cause any concern to the client.
