Hello! I'm Blaine and I'm here to hopefully try something new. The idea of a personal chef is interesting to me since I have worked in kitchens around Lubbock on and off for the past 6 years or so. I come from a line of chefs (the line mostly being my Dad) and he is what most inspires me when I cook. I have so many memories of him cooking for the family and I like to think some of it has rubbed off on me. I'm very realistic with myself and my surroundings. I'm not a certified chef by any means, but I know I have a knack for cooking. Sometimes I'm able to throw something random together and it turns out to be really nice. Other times not so much, but hey, that's part of the process sometimes and all I can do about it is learn from my experiences. I've come to really enjoy learning in the past five or six years of my life, and I think I'm rather good at it. I think these are qualities an aspiring chef/home cook should have.
