Where to begin.. the journey of anyone who pursued the culinary world will always be an interesting situation. As for me, I started in this game from a young age not knowing where it’d take me, but that goes for all of us right? Here we are now, with a bit over 10 years of experience, working in multiple different countries (Cuba, Brazil, Italy, USA, Jamaica and Pakistan) and a few other places here and there. My take on food is different, elegant yet bold. Flavour is the game and I’ll be staying at the top. My passion and love for food has only grown stronger as I grew in this culture. I may be younger compared to my predecessors but my knowledge and talent speaks for itself. If you’re looking for something new, tasteful and a little wild, I’m your guy.
