Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Daniel Alcorn. I am passionate about food and I cant wait to share that passion with you!
I've been working in restaurants for over 10 years. In those 10 years I've gone through a variety of cuisines from Mexican street food, Irish pubs and all the way up to fine dining Italian.
I am hoping to bring my creative and flavour-forward approach to your kitchen table. As a previous restaurant chef, I want to work with you to create dishes and menus that fit all of your expectations.
