Hi. I am a native San Diegan that has been very fortunate to work in great restaurants along side amazing chefs. I suffered an injury that has forced me to look for new avenues of cooking without working full time at a restaurant. I prefer to walk in to a clean kitchen which, I will leave just as clean or cleaner. I can come equipped with the necessary tools to execute your meal. I am a well rounded cook that is comfortable cooking a wide range of ingredients to create meals that will appease you. I prefer to use fresh ingredients that can be used to create simple and delicious meals. I enjoy cooking Mexican, Italian, American, Traditional cuisine with French technique as my foundation. I also enjoy a challenge so, feel free to inquire about anything you have in mind. I have an open availability.
