Steven Pyles, Certified Master Chef Fritz
Gitschner and Chef Daniel Boulud are
just a few of the many from whom I have
learned. I have been fortunate enough
to have cooked for the Dalai Lama, U2,
Beyonce, Madonna, Romeo Santos,
among others, while on their World
Tour. For the last 6 years I have had the
privilege to cook exclusively for Elton
John and Brad Paisley along with their
families.
