We are a local company that needs individuals who are experienced in providing excellent quality service and have a developed understanding of cooking methods. If you have strong hands-on experience in production of food with the ability to be accurate and fast in executing assigned tasks, then this is the place for you! Qualified candidates should have: A minimum of 1-2 years of line experience in a full service restaurant. A hands-on approach to work with a push to always "be better." A calm disposition that will promote high, focused energy while maintaining a smooth, organized and relaxed working experience. Ability to drive self performance while promoting success. Basic understanding of food costs and inventory management. The ability to understand and adapt to the structure and procedures of a well-established kitchen.
