Chef Job in Glen Arbor, Michigan

Duties include preparing all food items prior to cooking, cutting or breaking bulk items into individual portions, cutting vegetables, fruit and meats, and gathering and mixing ingredients. Prep cooks will also be required to do some cooking and preparation of menu items in support of head chef.
