AloHa Greetings! I have been a lover a tasty food my entire life and have a very sensitive nose and palette. Anyone who has tried any of my creations can tell you that they taste the love that i put into the food and the taste is very good!. I got into studying and making living food back in 2000 and have been making food for private families, yoga retreats, weddings, film industry/craft service. I have been in Hawaii for over twenty years now & i love the pan-pacific style. I'm from North Carolina and have traveled quite a bit so i have studied different cultures cuisine and can make vegetarian version of foods you may have had in the past but i can make them healthy. I am also quite knowledgable about culinary herbs,spices, Chinese/Eastern medicinal herbs etc. I had a successful JUICE company on the Big island of Hawaii for about 6 years serving fresh squeezed juices and vegan raw food. I had my own garden where i lovingly grew my own herbs and some of the fruits i used for my business. Recently, i had to come back to NC to help my Mother after the passing of my father and so now I'm looking for new opportunities and creations. i would love to be able to utilize my skills in a community setting where i can live and grow my own herbs and manage the kitchen. I prefer to work with Organic fresh and local produce...however i acknowledge that there are wonderful spices like cinnamon that one cannot necessarily get locally and thats why we love commerce from other countries also. My favorite part of making food for others is seeing the look on their Happy faces when they try my creations. I have also worked as a Chef at three different Cancer/Health condition Healing Centers and am very knowledgable of fasting, yogic foods(the doshas) and the Gerson therapy. I would also be open to partnering with someone for a West Coast Food truck leading to a Cafe or restaurant or ideally a JUICE Company with Vegan food!
