Hickory Road BBQ & Catering Co. is seeking a Kitchen Manager for the new location opening soon in Lincoln on 48th & Hwy 2. Preferable candidates will have 2 years restaurant kitchen experience.
Job expectations include working 50-55 hours per week in a fast paced environment, overseeing all kitchen employees, ordering, inventory, training, etc. Starting salary $35,00-$3... plus Bonus depending on experience, etc.
