Chef Job in Lakeway, Texas

We are a family own new restaurant (we have been in business for 1 year). We make everything from scratch, we have no frozen produce or canned produce per say. We are desperate for cooks and prep-cooks in our area. This is not a glamorous chef position. Ours is a fast-casual restaurant, but we are passionate about the quality of our food, from fresh tortillas straight out of the tortilla oven, to our in house smoked brisket. We have top of the line equipment, from our hi-tech self cleaning steam oven (got to love this machine), to our all Texan smoker and our temperamental tortilla machine (Vera). Yes we give names to our machines. Our customers love our food, but we need help providing consistency and quality. Your job would be to man the flattop grill etc... and handle all the cooking while at the restaurant. The only on demand cooking will be our melt in your mouth quesadillas. We can be flexible with the schedule, but would need you manning the cooking from at least 11:00 to 2:00 and/or from 6:00-8:00. The rest we can talk about.
