To whom it may concern. Firstly I am willing to relocate as long as accommodation is provided . I had attended Le cordon blue , completed level 1 in cuisine. I have been head chef for many yeas in Toronto with a few corporate catering companies. My specialities are French provincial, Italian, Mediterranean and some Asian foods.
