Chef Job in Springfield, Missouri

I am looking at getting married in late May/early June of 2018, and I am looking for a wedding caterer. Currently we have around 200 on the guest list, but of those I'm estimating that only about 175 will actually be in attendance, if not a little fewer. The wedding would take place in Springfield, MO and I'm not terribly picky about what food is served. I would prefer something just standard American, or possibly Italian.
