Looking for a chef/owner for a new Wine Bar to prepare (bar and carry out food). The location is in Camino, CA, which is just above Placerville, CA on Hyw 50. The restaurant sits at the entrance to a new quickly growing winery in the Apple Mountain Gateway Center. The only upfront fees are for licensing and tenant improvements. The restaurant is currently being used by a 2nd winery (as a wine tasting room). The restaurant has all new electrical, plumbing and central fire alarm system. There is lots of existing equipment (refrig, freezers, sinks, oven, ice machine, storage racks etc..) but additional equipment and tenant improvements will be needed.
