I have run kitchens where we fed over 1000 people 3 meals a day. I have run my own kosher food product line creating and distributing myself. I have also run small restaurant and take out kitchens. I make delicious and creative dishes, both healthy and not so healthy for that special occasion. I run a friendly, clean, efficient kitchen.
