Italian, Spanish and French cuisine are the back bone of my culinary training. I've spent years of my life cooking around the world and at the end of the day, I'm just looking for a new culinary experience. I can provide catering for all occasions, whether it's an engagement party of two or hundreds for a wedding. I find myself getting away from the restaurant and hotel scene and get great satisfaction from demomstrating my culinary expertise at a more personal level, and creating menus tailor-made to the costumers preferences.
